We know renovations can be both exciting and stressful. Having a trusted partner in these projects is important for everyone’s peace of mind. To ensure this trusted relationship with our customers we follow a collaborative and transparent process that combines industry best practices, creative thinking, and a client-focused approach to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
Call or fill out your online request to schedule your free estimate. You will always get a friendly voice to schedule your estimate or answer your questions.
Our experienced Lead Residential Remodelers will be the people coming to your house to look at your projects and write up your estimate. Our leads have a minimum of 10 years of experience and adhere to our 12 ethical principles. We don’t use outside estimators. All estimates include 5 hours of free design services to help you with your kitchen, bathroom or deck design.
Any design services over the 5 hours included in your estimate can added for $75 per hour.
All of our workers are employees of our company. We don’t use subcontractors or day laborers.
We offer detailed, itemized budget estimates and assure you that we won’t exceed the quoted labor costs unless a change order is written, reviewed, and approved by you. Additionally, if the full amount of labor quoted is not required, you will receive a credit on your invoice for the unused hours of labor.
You can purchase your own materials, or you can have us purchase your materials for a small material handling fee. We Do Not Markup Materials and at the end of the project, we provide you with copies of all the receipts for materials purchased and returned.
We require 50% deposit of the total estimate to be paid before we schedule your project to start. If there are special order materials needed, we require these to be paid for in advance of us ordering the products for your job.
Project Preproduction Walk-Through will be conducted on all kitchens, bathrooms or basement Remodels. This is a meeting with the homeowner and the production staff to make sure we are all on the same page and timeline. This ensures all productions issues and questions are answered before the project begins.
Lil Brother Construction guarantees 100% all of our work. We have a double GPS tracking system for our staff. Therefore, we know where our staff are and how long they have been working on your project, including any trips to purchase materials for your project.
Any changes during the project will have a change order written and approved by the customer. This safeguards that any questions are answered and there aren’t any surprises on your invoice.
At the end of the project we will walk-through the project and require our customer to sign off on the completion to make sure you are satisfied with the project and that we have addressed all the areas of concern.
Invoice will be emailed to the customer with a copy of all the receipts for purchased materials and returned.
We are blessed to enjoy a referral rate of approximately 80%. If you refer a family member or friend to Lil Brother Construction and they contract with us to do their project we will put a referral credit on your account for $50 of labor. You can use up to 4 referral credits on your next remodeling project.
